Design
We provide comprehensive sheet metal prototyping services, covering everything from product concept design to final assembly. For different industries, we customize exclusive sheet metal design solutions according to specific usage scenarios and requirements. Whether it’s the enclosure design for industrial equipment or the precision sheet metal structural design for electronic products, we ensure the rationality and feasibility of every design.
Laser Cutting
We are equipped with multiple high-precision imported laser cutting machines, capable of efficiently processing various metal sheets such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and galvanized steel while achieving meticulous control over the cutting process. Whether it’s precision components or structural parts for large-scale equipment, we ensure consistent quality in cutting output to guarantee precise integration with subsequent processing steps.
Bending
With the collaboration of multiple professional bending machines and technicians with extensive bending experience, we can achieve bending at any angle between 30° and 180°. From precision bending of thin sheets (≤2mm) to forming high-strength structural components from thick plates (≥5mm), we provide first-article sample confirmation services to ensure compliance with design expectations and avoid batch processing errors.
Welding
As a core process, we offer various welding techniques including TIG welding, MIG welding, and laser welding to meet the joining requirements of different materials and structures.
Surface Treatment
Leveraging the advantages of our integrated full-process capabilities, we provide one-stop surface protection solutions covering pre-treatment, electroplating, and oxidation. All surface treatment processes involve strict control of temperature and humidity, with adhesion tested via cross-cut method and coating thickness calibrated using film thickness gauges, ensuring both protective performance and aesthetic quality meet the required standards.
Assembly
We have an independent assembly workshop capable of completing full-process assembly, from the joining of simple parts to the integration of complex systems—such as enclosures for mechatronic equipment.
Quality Control
With 30 years of industry experience, we have established a three-level quality inspection system covering incoming materials, production processes, and finished products. For key characteristics such as welding strength and coating adhesion, we conduct 100% full inspections and provide visual data including first-article inspection reports and final inspection reports, ensuring that the quality of each component can withstand rigorous verification.
Package & Delivery
To ensure products reach customers safely, we customize protective solutions based on their characteristics: scratch-prone surfaces are covered with PE protective film, precision components are individually wrapped in EPE foam/foam padding, and large components are reinforced with wooden crates and corner protectors. This ensures the product condition at delivery matches exactly what was verified during factory quality inspection.
