We can customize surface treatment solutions according to the specific environmental needs of the product's use.
Through standardized color number control (such as Pantone color cards, RAL color cards), the color difference for small batches is ΔE≤1.5;
for mass production, automated spraying lines are used, and the color difference is controlled within ΔE≤2.0.
Strict surface pretreatment (degreasing, derusting, phosphating) will be carried out before treatment to ensure coating adhesion.
The coating thickness can be adjusted between 5μm and 100μm according to the process. In addition, coating thickness tolerance will be reserved for assembly parts; for example, the gap between the door panel and the frame of the control cabinet enclosure can be maintained at 0.2mm±0.03mm.
