● Stable Power Supply:
Equipped with multiple intelligent power modules, it can automatically distribute electricity according to the power requirements of different sub-electrical cabinets (e.g., 220V/380V), ensuring stable power supply for equipment in each sub-cabinet (such as control boxes and drive cabinets) and reducing shutdowns caused by voltage fluctuations.
● Centralized Control:
All sub-electrical cabinets are linked through PLC programs, enabling remote monitoring of the operating status of each sub-cabinet (e.g., switch status, fault signals). It supports remote start/stop of sub-cabinet equipment and adjustment of operating parameters, eliminating the need for individual operation and improving management efficiency.
● Easy Maintenance:
Internal wiring is standardized (with separation of strong and weak electricity) and equipped with independent grounding terminals, complying with industrial electrical safety standards. The cabinet door is equipped with an observation window, and key modules support hot swapping, facilitating daily inspection and fault handling.
